With its decision from May 12th, 1998, the district court of Hamburg ruled that by placing a link the author can be held responsible for the content of the linked web site. This can only be avoided by explicitly distancing onesself from the content of the linked page. For all these links I hereby express that I have no influence on their contents and I therefore cannot be held liable for the content of all linked web sites.
